1. General
Any purchase by you on this web site of any products are governed by English Law and indicate your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Julia Usher Jewellery (JUJ) reserve the right to amend and make change the contents to this web site and the terms and conditions at any time, and to add or withdraw items from our range without notice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JUJ disclaim all warranties of any kind with respect to the content of web site. These terms and conditions do not affect consumer statutory rights.
In the event of the product price being incorrectly displayed on the web site, JUJ have the right to refuse or to supply any incorrectly priced product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and credit or debit card charged. If we exercise this right and payment has been made, we will credit back the amount paid in full.
Any sizes and measurements given on this web site are approximate and provided for your guidance only. We have made every effort to describe all our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and images are depended on your own monitor and browser. We cannot guarantee that products appear exactly the same on your monitor. Description of products are those commonly used in the trade, unless otherwise stated, please refer to the pictures of products on this web site.
When your order is accepted, and payment received, we shall notify you by e-mail or telephone with an expected despatch date. All orders are subject to availability. Despatch time may vary. JUJ can not take responsibility for any delay in delivery due to postal delays.
This website is owned by JUJ and permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy sections of this site for the sole purpose of placing an order with JUJ. All site design, text, graphics, logo, images, materials, trademarks, the selection and arrangement thereof, on this web site are subject to copyright of their respective owners and all rights reserved. No copy, modification, reproduction, distribution, republication and transmit in any form or by other means without prior written permission from JUJ.
"No addition to or variation of these conditions will bind the company, unless it is specifically agreed in writing and signed by Julia Usher. No agent or person employed by or under contract with the company has the authority to alter or vary in any way these conditions."

2. Delivery
Our jewellery is supplied direct from stock, delivery by first class Royal Mail recorded delivery and requires a signature at destination.
All of our jewellery is individually presented in presentation boxes and securely packaged.
We make every effort to deliver the orders as soon as possible. We endeavour to despatch all the orders within 3 working days once full payment has been received and cleared. If the item is not in stock, we shall e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Once we despatch your order, we will inform you with the identifier recorded delivery number that can be checked at www.royalmail.co.uk in order to track your order through the Royal Mail postal system, so you can be certain it is in transit.
3. Payment Method
JUJ only accepts payment through Paypal. JUJ accepts no liability for your use of the Paypal service or any losses incurred through your use of Paypal.
4. Return Policy
If the product arrives damaged, damaged in transit, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from JUJ you can return the goods within 7 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or refund.
We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition accompanied with the original box.
We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons other than defective or damaged items.
Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage. A refund will be made to your credit or debit card account.
Please follow the return procedure as below:
- All returns must have a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN). All return items must be received within 10 days of the RAN issued date.
- E-mail us at Returns@JuliaUsherJewellery.com to obtain a RAN. Please state the reason for return in this e-mail.
- Returns will take approximately 10 business days to be processed after JUJ receives your items.
- Items must be in original packaging and in all original boxes.
- We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you a "proof of delivery". JUJ will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
- All shipping back to JUJ is paid for by the customer. Please ensure that your RAN is clearly marked on the outside of the package not on the items original box.
5. Security and Privacy
JUJ recognise the importance of security shopping online for customers. This is why we use the industry standard Paypal payment system.
We do not share or disclose your personal information with any other parties. All the data we collect from this site and store are completely confidential and used only to
