Shipping
Our jewellery is supplied direct from stock, and requires a signature at destination.
All of our jewellery is individually presented in presentation boxes and securely packaged.
We make every effort to deliver the orders as soon as possible. We endeavour to despatch all the orders within 5 working days once full payment has been received and cleared. If the item is not in stock, we shall e-mail you with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Once your order and payment has been processed your products will be delivered normally within 1-5 working days.
Goods over the value of £50.00 shipped within the UK are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery and they will be delivered by 1pm the following day. All items are fully insured by us up to the point of delivery.
We can also ship within Europe, USA and Canada for an additional charge.
Please Note: All our payments are processed by PayPal. Your order will only be shipped after they have received, processed and approved your payment. Only then will our estimated delivery dispatch period be applicable.
Delivery charges are based on the value of your order, as follows:
DOMESTIC UK up to £50.00= £3 (Royal Mail 1st class signed for delivery)
DOMESTIC UK £50.00 upwards = £6 (Royal Mail special delivery)
EUROPE = £20 (AirSure)
USA / Canada = £25 (AirSure)
Returns
If the product arrives damaged, damaged in transit, or if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from JUJ you can return the goods within 7 days of receipt of goods for either an exchange or refund.
We only refund money paid for the products that are returned to us in its original and unused condition accompanied with the original box.
We are unable to accept any returns on pierced earrings for hygiene reasons other than defective or damaged items.
Please note all refunds will be for the full price paid for the product, but not for the costs of postage. A refund will be made to your credit or debit card account.
Please follow the return procedure as below:
- All returns must have a valid Return Authorization Number (RAN). All return items must be received within 10 days of the RAN issued date.
- E-mail us at Returns@JuliaUsherJewellery.com to obtain a RAN. Please state the reason for return in this e-mail.
- Returns will take approximately 10 business days to be processed after JUJ receives your items.
- Items must be in original packaging and in all original boxes.
- We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you a "proof of delivery". JUJ will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
- All shipping back to JUJ is paid for by the customer. Please ensure that your RAN is clearly marked on the outside of the package not on the items original box.
